Sustainer: An effective and convenient way for you to donate to Dental Aid. By being a sustainer you agree to have your donation deducted monthly via your Visa, MasterCard or Checking Account (EFT).

Go to our donor form and under Donation Information select Sustaining Monthly or Sustaining Quarterly support.
If you sign up for EFT, we will send you a simple form to fill out, giving us permission to deduct your donation from your checking account.
