Core Services: Low income and uninsured populations have access to quality comprehensive oral health care.

Education: Community Members and Dental Aid Staff will gain increased knowledge of oral health and its connection to general health, resulting in positive changes in oral health behaviors for targeted populations.

Advocacy: Public policy recognizes the value of oral health, and consequently increases access to oral health care for identified populations.
